How does it work?
Step 1 You tell us about your move, then pick the services you want from our list of providers.
Step 2 You fill in a single form with basic sign-up info and we’ll forward that to real people at each provider.
Step 3 We’ll ping you to make sure everything is going ok. Once you have your services set up, we’re done!
What’s the catch?
No catch
- We get a small referral fee from each service provider you select, so you don't pay for this. No credit card required.
- We save you a little time, your property manager a little time, and the service provider a little time. Everybody wins!
- We don't sell or monetize your personal information. We only share it with the providers you select. We care about privacy.
- We're based in Canada and we keep your personal information in Canada in encrypted systems. Security is cool.
- You pay the same fees you'd pay if you did the work yourself. There are no hidden costs. You can do your own research! (And every once in a while we might actually get you better pricing than what is offered publicly)
